INVITATION TO BID – VEGETATION MANAGEMENT
Sealed bids from qualified contractors shall be accepted until August 21st at
3:00P.M. There will be a bid opening for this project, all bids will be opened and reviewed at the Village Office on August 21st at 3:00 P.M.
The contractor awarded will be notified after review at the Village’s trustees meeting on August 25th.
Sealed BIDS shall be marked: Vegetation Management – Village of Enosburg Falls and can be dropped off or mailed to the Village office at 16 Village Dr, Enosburg Falls VT (mailing is 42 Village Dr Enosburg Falls, VT 05450) Post Marks not Accepted .
LOCATION: The Village has multiple locations within the
Light Departments territory which include Enosburg Town and Bakersfield.
TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: The Village is looking for a certified tree trimming contractor to trim with in the power right of way approximately 8900’ of lines. The clearing ranges to a few danger trees to brush clearing sections. The ability and expertise to work around live power lines is a must.
CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE: December 31, 2026.
PROJECT SPECIFICATIONS: There will be an informational meeting with a ride out on August 18th at 8am. The meeting will start at 42 Village Dr, Enosburg Falls VT 05450
