INVITATION TO BID
SCOPE OF WORK: The Village is seeking a contractor to complete the following work:
- Replacement of five historic windows to historical preservation specifications at 38” x 69”, including the disposal of old windows.
- Removal and disposal of membrane roofing. Repair and replacement of any sub roof rot. Replacement and repair of drip edge and flashing as necessary to historical preservation specifications. Replacement of rubber membrane roof with estimated 6 SF of membrane roofing. Note there is a hatchway on the roof.
LOCATION: The Kendall Building, located at 42 Village Drive, Enosburg Falls, VT 05450 adjacent to Rt 108 bridge in Enosburg Falls
TIMELINE: Sealed bids from qualified contractors shall must be received at the Village Office, 16 Village Drive, Ensoburg Falls, VT 05450, no later than 3:00p.m. on July 9, 2026. At that time, all bids will be publicly opened and reviewed at the Village Office. The awarded contractor will be notified following the Village Trustees’ meeting on July 15, 2026.
CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE: November 30th, 2026
